Returns & Cancellations:
•Return Policy: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If there is something not right with your order upon receiving it, such as the product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
•Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done within an hour or before your product receives a tracking number, whichever comes first.

Shipping & Delivery
•Processing Time: Items ship within 1 business day of receiving your order.
•Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
•Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.
•Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors or contact your local post office using your tracking number and they will be able to guide you in the right direction on what steps to take next.
