At Ship Drip LLC, we strive to process and dispatch your packaging supplies as quickly as possible.


Please review our shipping schedules, rates, and policies below.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:


1. Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00PM EST (Monday-Friday) begin processing the same business day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and federal postal holidays).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to all valid addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping times and costs are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): Estimated 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on total package weight and destination zip code unless a free shipping offer is current.

You will receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your label is printed and dispatched.

3. Address Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Ship Drip LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, misrouted, or delivered improperly due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS) and marked as "Delivered," Ship Drip LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery area, porch, or with building management/neighbors.
  2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number to initiate a search inquiry.

5. Product Representation

  • Color Variations: Item colors may vary slightly in person due to monitor calibration, screen settings, and studio lighting.
  • Display Items: Items pictured inside or alongside our polymailers are for display and size reference purposes only and are not included with your purchase.
