Intellectual Property & Copyright: All designs, product photos, branding, graphics, and copy on this site are the exclusive property of Ship Drip. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use without explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Order Acceptance & Pricing: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities at any time, including after an order is placed, in the event of pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Order Processing & Accuracy: Orders begin processing once payment is successfully authorized. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Ship Drip is not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Payment Terms: We accept major credit/debit cards and supported secure digital wallets through our encrypted checkout processor. Orders will not be fulfilled or dispatched until full payment has cleared.
Product Variations & Color Disclaimer: We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, because monitor displays, brightness settings, and device color calibrations vary, actual product colors may differ slightly from the digital preview.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ship Drip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, nor for transit delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or severe weather events.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our shop following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
Shipping & Fulfillment: Delivery timeframes and return eligibility are governed by our standalone Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
